100% Pasture Raised Pork - Why Is Everything Sold Out!?

This year (2024) we are processing about 25 pigs, born and raised at Farmcraft on pasture. Another 30 more will be born here this year, and those will be raised through 2024 and into 2025. We will have pork cuts and sausage available from time to time throughout the Summer, and it can be found at the farm or at the Saturday Sheboygan Farmer's market. We will send a message to our subscribed email list when we have these products in stock. Every two or three weeks we sell a pig to Stefano's Slo Food Market in Sheboygan. They do a high honor to our pigs and pork, doing craft whole-animal butchery, sausage making and cured/smoked products.
