Pork hocks are the good stuff. Enjoy sticky sweet & salty Chinese Red Pork Hocks (shown in photos), stewed with white beans for a French dish or red beans for a New Orleans take, or cabbage or sauerkraut for a German classic. You can't go wrong - slow cooker for the day or simmer for a couple hours and you've got the makings of a dish that is easy, inexpensive, nourishing and delicious.
