Smoked Ham Shank - 100% Organic Fed and Pasture Raised Farmcraft Pork, smoked and cured.

This is the lower portion of the ham — the shank or forearm — cured and naturally smoked just like our full hams. It has a generous bone and richly marbled meat that shines when slow-cooked. Of course, it's perfect for classic dishes like ham and bean soup, but don't stop there — try it braised with sauerkraut, slow-cooked with cabbage and potatoes, or roasted until tender and falling off the bone.

Two Sizes - Medium 1.4 to 2.0 lb, or Large 2.4 to 3.0 lb.

Because cuts naturally vary in size, this product is priced based on an average weight. You’ll receive a package within the listed weight range.
