Smoked Pork Shank (Hock) - 100% Organic Fed and Pasture Raised Farmcraft Pork.

No-nitrate cured and smoked shank. This is just the shank portion of the ham. It has a proportion of cube-able or slice-able ham meat, and a bone with some nutritious and flavorful connective tissue. Smoked shanks are best suited for a smaller portion of ham meat, or for simmering with cabbage, sauerkraut, cooking with potatoes, beans or soup.
